The desk is staffed from 09:00 to 23:00 Mountain Time, seven days a week during the season. Tickets raised overnight are answered before the next afternoon board opens.
What to include
For a scoring dispute, send the board date, the fixture and the skater. We can pull the event log faster when we are not guessing which of four boards you mean.
For a data request under PIPEDA or the GDPR, write from the address on the account. We answer within thirty days and we do not charge for a copy of your records.
For self-exclusion, one line is enough. Say you want a break, tell us how long, and the profile is locked the same day.
